Richer Support

Experienced clinicians with a personal approach to Positive Behaviour Support

Our Services

  • Richer Support promotes co-authorship and autonomy when developing a behaviour support plan. Nothing about you, without you.

Positive Behaviour Support is an approach that can help you achieve your goals and live a fulfilling life. It's based on the idea that every behaviour is a form of communication, and by working together, we can identify strategies to promote positive behaviour.

As part of a Behaviour Support Assessment, Richer Support can help to identify, register, and reduce restrictive practices through training, skills development, and safety intervention plans.

  • Advocating for NDIS funding can be complex. Richer Support can provide a succinct Behaviour Assessment and Recommendations Report to demonstrate need to the NDIS and link you with appropriate services.

This service is required if you are receiving NDIS funding for the first time or applying for SIL (Supported Independent Living) funding to transfer out of a mental health unit or aged care facility.

  • Elevate your practice as a behavior support practitioner through our clinical supervision services. Our experienced supervisors provide a supportive and collaborative space for reflection, growth, and professional development.

  • Enhance your organization's capacity in behavior support through our comprehensive training program. Gain practical insights and techniques in de-escalation strategies, data collection, and meeting restrictive practices obligations and reporting requirements. Equip your team with the necessary skills to fulfill learning and development obligations as a provider, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
