Bo is an Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner with nearly a decade of experience in the disability sector within Australia and the United Kingdom. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Honours) and a Master's in Neuroscience (Brain and Mind) from Sydney University. She is currently completing a Masters of Clinical Neuropsychology.
Bo values a collaborative approach, working closely with individuals and their families to establish a personalised path forward. She prioritises shared decision-making, ensuring that each person's unique needs and preferences are considered.
In addition to her work at Richer Support, Bo is involved in research at the Clinic for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Research, which is based at Sydney University's Brain and Mind Centre. Her current research focuses on the lived experience of older adults with autism. She has previously been involved in cognitive science psycholinguistics research at Macquarie University.
